What SoftDrop Does
SoftDrop helps developers, agencies, AI builders, designers, and creators sell digital products and services such as websites, SaaS products, AI automations, templates, APIs, apps, design assets, and implementation services.
Buyers purchase through SoftDrop. Payments are collected into SoftDrop Razorpay account, and seller payouts are processed manually after successful delivery, review, and applicable deductions. SoftDrop is not currently using Razorpay Route or Razorpay Marketplace automated split settlement.
Our Marketplace Role
SoftDrop provides the listing, checkout, communication, review, dispute, and delivery workflow for digital commerce. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and delivery of what they list.
SoftDrop may review listings, remove unsafe content, moderate user activity, and hold or delay a seller payout where a dispute, fraud signal, legal request, or policy violation needs review.
